St. Stanislaus Restoration

After completing the full interior painting of St. Stanislaus Polish Catholic Church from ceiling to floor, James was invited back to restore its remarkable statues. Originally brought over from Italy, these statues were once the largest hand-carved pieces of their kind. The project required meticulous attention to detail, but the most challenging aspect may have been working under the watchful eye of Father Swallek, who sat in the front pew each day observing the process. Despite the pressure, the experience was both rewarding and unforgettable.
